Dragon Witch Riso Print

🦇Inspired by spooky season and my forever desire to see more Gandalf style witches who find joy being with unlikely friends. Also was feeling the itch to draw some bats as dragons! Originally made for Giant Robot's Flying Creatures show. This is a three color Risograph print, made by layering blue, yellow and fluorescent pink ink. Hand printed in Natalie's Los Angeles studio. Size is 8 1/2 x 11 on smooth 65lb. natural white paper.

*Riso or Risograph is an imperfect printing process made by layering different colored inks to create rich and vibrant images. Because this process requires adding one layer of ink at a time, slight differences in registration are natural and sometimes roller marks from the machine can occur. This is just a quirk of working with this printmaking method that makes each print unique! I always inspect each Riso print for good print registration and send them with care.
